Dauphin Regional Health Centre benefits from donations

The Dauphin Regional Health Centre (DRHC) received a pair of recent donations that will provide a total of $1,500 to be split between three different program/service areas within the hospital.
Tony Shewchuk, of Tony’s Auto & Electric donated $ 1,000 and John Dulewich, of JDS Laundromat, donated $500 from monies raised through a motorcycle fundraiser they organized back in August 2018. The two led the first annual Motorcycle Memorial Ride that ventured to Sandy Lake, Russell, Roblin and back to Dauphin.
The MRI Unit, Palliative Care Unit and Cancer Care Program will receive a designated $500 each from the generous contribution made through the Dauphin Hospital Foundation.
The two are already making plans to hold their second annual ride this coming August.
