Who is eligible to join?

Ticket purchasers must be current Prairie Mountain Health ( PMH ) employees to participate- Shared Health and affiliate employees are not eligible to participate.

How it works:

Every two weeks, half the jackpot goes straight to one lucky PMH staff member… and the other half supports needed equipment purchases that benefit patients, residents, and clients across Dauphin’s Regional Health Centre, which includes the Hospital, Dauphin Personal Care Home, and Dauphin Community Health Services Building.

Raffle Rules
  1. Fifty percent of total ticket sales for each biweekly draw is paid to the winner, and the remaining fifty percent is paid to the Dauphin Hospital Foundation (DHF). These funds are used to purchase equipment that is not covered by provincial funding to benefit the patients at the Dauphin Regional Health Centre (DRHC).
  2. Tickets are purchased by biweekly payroll deduction upon receipt of Enrollment Form. (Please note that earnings must be made during the pay period to cover ticket costs to be entered.)
  3. Ticket purchasers must be current Prairie Mountain Health (PMH) employees to participate - Shared Health and affiliate employees are not eligible to participate.
  4. Ticket purchasers much by 18 years or older to participate.
  5. Ticket purchasers must reside in Manitoba to participate.
  6. Ticket purchasers will receive electronic ticket confirmation before midnight on the Tuesday before each draw at the email provided. (Please note that if a personal email is not provided, tickets will be sent to employee's PM work email address.)
  7. The winner of each draw will be drawn on the Wednesday following pay day at 14:00. Draws will be performed through the service provider Rafflebox Technologies Inc. using random number generator, as approved by LGCA.
  8. All winners will be notified by email and/or telephone.
  9. Prizes will be paid by cheque. (Please note that cheques not cashed within 6 months from the draw date will revert to the DHF.)
  10. The DHF must receive LGCA approval for all amendments made to raffle.
  11. Forms must be received by the Payroll office two weeks prior to the applicable draw date for processing.
